THE ULTIMATE PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE

At Serata Photography we strive to capture timeless memories of your children, family and beloved equines and create memorable wall art to be passed down through generations.

 BOOK YOUR SESSION

Once you send through an enquiry either through our "Contact" page or email I will give you a call back at a time that is most suitable to you to discuss what style of session you had in mind.

 

A $50 booking fee is required to secure your booking into our diary, and will be refunded or credited toward your order on the day of your design appointment. The booking fee is not refunded if you give us less than 3 days notice for the cancellation of your appointment. This covers the loss of the appointment session and/or design appointment and your photographer’s time. 
 

Our sessions are available from Monday - Saturday from 9am until last sessions at 6pm. Sessions are by appointment only.

1.

 THE CONSULTATION

A pre-shoot questionnaire will be emailed to you which will only take a couple of minutes to fill out, this allows us to best cater for your session, your likes and dislikes as well as what style of art you had in mind.

For example; if booking a family session I like to take my time to get to know more about your family, favourite hobbies and pastimes as well as individual talents so I can create a one of a kind portrait experience for you. If booking a Equine portrait session we would discuss your disciplines, what style and look you are after as well as additional styling.

2.

 THE PHOTOSHOOT

Now for the fun part - The session! I will guide you through an amazing experience whether it be for yourself, your children, your newborn or your equine! Sit back, relax and enjoy yourself!

Just before we leave we will show you a range of our display options so that you have an idea in mind of what artwork may suite your home and lifestyle. It is important to touch and feel the products to visualise what suits you best.

It's at this time we will also book your Design appointment. 

3.

 DESIGN & ORDERING EXPERIENCE
Your design session is booked for 5 - 10 days after your session and at this time you will return to our studio where you can see your artwork come to life in front of you on the big screen.

These appointments are relaxed and refreshments are provided, they can be organised after work or during the day - Monday to Friday.

You will have a chance to see, feel and hold samples of our products, including Heirloom albums and portrait boxes to Fine art Framed images and Canvas'. All orders are taken at the design appointment with a turn around of 4-6 weeks for your products to arrive and be ready for pickup

4.

 DELIVERY OF ARTWORK

Your finished wall art and albums will be ready to pick up from the studio approximately 4-6 weeks after your design appointment. 

As soon as your artwork arrives you will be contacted by a member of the team to collect your parcels.

5.

 REFER YOUR FRIENDS
Tell your friends about us for additional bonuses! For each client you refer who mentions you, you will receive a Mounted 8" x 10 " Print of your choice from your session 

 

But that's not all!
Your friend who referred you will also receive a complimentary 8" x 10" Mounted print at their ordering appointment.
